Hi, I'm Tracy!
I'm the Geek Executive Officer at Graziani Multimedia and I know a few things about comebacks. For many of our colleagues, clients, and friends, 2025 has been a REALLY tough year so far, and the economic and political uncertainty is likely to continue, but that's just how the story begins. I'm here to tell you that we get to write our ending.

I've been down and out before, both personally and professionally, and I know that sometimes we can't manage a comeback on our own. That's why I created Comeback Camp. The cohort itself is a virtual community learning experience focused on realistic, practical, and affordable ways to grow your business or nonprofit against the odds.
The camp is a pay-what-you-can model because I know that many of you are struggling to do more with less while facing significant adversity, and most of all I want to help.
While 2025 has been tough for many Americans, the most vulnerable among us need our support more than ever.
Immigrants, asylum-seekers, and other newcomers in America are facing unprecedented adversity and uncertainty in their new, chosen home. That's why we decided to donate 10% of our proceeds from Comeback Camp to Re:Source Cleveland.

Empowering Newcomers
Re:Source Cleveland empowers international newcomer families to grow roots, supporting them in becoming engaged, self-sufficient and contributing members of their new communities.
Re:Source serves international newcomers to the Greater Cleveland area, including former refugees, humanitarian parolees, asylees, and individuals with Temporary Protected Status.
Re:Source’s programs and services span all age groups and include youth mentoring, sports, arts, and wellness; teen academic support; post-secondary education support; adult tutoring; drivers’ education; and social services access support. We also operate Ohio City Farm, where newcomer farmers are employed to grow organic produce for sale via a robust Community-Supported-Agriculture (CSA) program.
